Operation and Safety
- 1. Clean the base material and the gaps to be constructed to ensure it is dry and free of impurities and oil;
- 2. Shake the tank fully up and down for about 30 seconds, and moisten the surface of the base material with water to improve the bonding performance of the foam to the base material and the cell structure;
- 3. Connect the material tank to the spray gun upside down, rotate to open the flow valve, and adjust the flow rate;
- 4. Spray from the bottom up, filling only half of the pores and cavities;
- 5. After 10 minutes, the colloid begins to solidify, and the foam is corrected with a blade;
- 6. After complete curing, it can be painted or coated with other materials.

Storage and expiration date
Stored in the original packaging in a dry and ventilated environment at a temperature of 27°C or lower, the shelf life is 12 months from the date of production.
