- ? Surface cleaning
- Use gauze or other tools to remove dust, loose materials, oil stains, and surface water stains from the surface of the area that needs to be coated. If there is rust on the area that needs to be coated with glue, first remove it with a metal brush, and then wipe the surface with acetone and alcohol.
- Primer and cleaning agent
- To achieve optimal adhesion performance, corresponding primers and cleaning agents should be used. When applying primer and cleaning agent, it should be ensured that the application is uniform and there is no accumulation of primer or cleaning agent or the surface of the substrate is not covered.
- ? Coating operation
- It is recommended to place the 330 mL packaged product in a 40 ° C oven for 20 minutes before manually applying the adhesive using a sleeve type glue gun (manual or pneumatic); It is recommended to use a heatable pneumatic high-pressure plunger pump for barreled products (with a recommended operating temperature of 35-55 ° C and a nozzle temperature not exceeding 60 ° C), which can be applied manually or mechanically, or completely using robot automatic gluing equipment.
- matters needing attention:
- When ZJ-EP506 two-component polyurethane structural adhesive is used in immersion applications, it should be fully cured before immersion;
- Wet coating technology is not allowed, and it is recommended not to use solvents, water, cleaning agents, or soap solutions;
- ? Avoid eye and skin contact; If there is skin contact, immediately rinse with soap and water, and seek medical help.
- Before consulting the technical personnel of Zhijiang, it is not allowed to use high chlorine disinfection areas such as swimming pools.
- Pre test procedure
- In order to eliminate potential problems in the application site, Zhijiang can sample various materials used for adhesives, pre determine the best adhesive to be used, and develop the best surface treatment method to obtain the best adhesive performance. Please consult the technical personnel of Zhijiang for specific information.
According to customer requirements, we can provide 310 mL hard tube support or packaging in 25 kg small barrels or 200 kg large barrels.
It is recommended to store in a cool and dry place for a storage period of 6 months;
