- 1. The construction site should have a good ventilation system.
- 2. JS-3030 two-component polyurethane adhesive can be applied using all standard fully automatic and semi-automatic two-component bonding machines. If the use of glue mixing equipment is not within the recommended range, it may affect the gel curing situation. If the gel curing is too fast, it will damage the glue machine.
- 3. JS-3030 two component polyurethane adhesive is not compatible with polysulfide adhesive and silicone adhesive. If polysulfide adhesive and silicone adhesive have been used before, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the adhesive applicator before use.
- 4. Surface treatment: The substrate surface needs to be dry and clean to remove stress, static electricity, dust, oil stains, etc. The components to be bonded must be free of oil, grease, moisture, and dirt. On plastic substrates, use flame or corona pretreatment to ensure good adhesion of PU.
- 5. Bonding: Squeeze the gel onto the cleaned surface with a glue gun to distribute it evenly. If the temperature is low, the curing time will be extended.
- 6. After applying the adhesive, please immediately assemble the components together so that the adhesive can achieve good wetting effect, which will help with the bonding effect. If the assembled components are stored in a dry environment (with a relative humidity of less than 50%), it is recommended to increase the humidity to ensure a suitable curing and crosslinking speed.
Component A: 200L/barrel, 20L barrel, Component B: 20L/barrel
Recommended storage temperature: Store in a well ventilated place with a storage environment temperature below 30 ℃. Shelf life: 12 months for component A and 6 months for component B.
